Spacious and brand-new room with a big balcony. The location was super convenient. Everything was great, but a few staff members were a bit rude. 🌆

Property was comfy, I appreciated the stay.
Location: the hotel was close enough to Narikala fortress and the pitoresque old town and old town restaurants and money change venues. Had tea and goodies at Grilisi, nestled 1 mi of the venue. I booked a room with a comfy bed, central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV.

We were warmly welcomed by Natalya, the owner, who gave us a refreshing welcome drink and provided us with valuable information about the city. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including a balcony with stunning views of Tbilisi. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was delicious and offered a breathtaking view of the city. Natalya also organized taxis for us and gave us helpful advice on fares. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the cable car, old town attractions, and sulfur baths.

As a young visitor, we loved this hotel's location in the heart of old town where everything is easily accessible. the hotel is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and shops, making it a perfect spot for us to explore the area on foot. We were fascinated by the beautiful views of the city from the terrace, which was a great place to unwind.
We found the noise level at night quite high, especially if you are a light sleeper. Despite the staff being party-goers, the noise from the surrounding restaurants could be heard in the room, which could disrupt your sleep.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, with lots of interesting places nearby. It is easily accessible by taxi, and the staff is very helpful. The breakfast is really tasty, especially the pancakes with mushroom and cheese, along with the fresh green onion salad. The terrace with a mountain view is the best place to have breakfast.
The hotel is located on a steep slope and has three levels without an elevator, which is not convenient. The access road is narrow and curvy, making it difficult to reach by car.

I had a great time at this hotel! its location in the heart of the old town was just perfect - narrow steep streets and a lively atmosphere all around. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, giving us valuable tips and recommendations for our trip. And lastly, the breakfast on the rooftop was a wonderful way to start the day, with stunning views of the city.
Just one small thing that could be improved. However, all in all, everything was absolutely fine.

This hotel in the old town offered amazing value for money. The attention to detail was impressive, especially with the complimentary glass of wine on arrival. The location, although on narrow steep streets, added to the charm of the place. I loved being able to explore the cobbled streets and soak in the historic atmosphere.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

Enjoyed a Christmas stay with complimentary glass of wine on arrival and a great breakfast with a fantastic view. Centrally located near the old town, which made exploring the city easy. the staff was helpful and welcoming.
The room overlooking the bar was quite noisy at night. the climb up the hill to the hotel was a bit of a workout, especially with luggage.
